Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. To ensure fairness to all clients and to respect my time, the following policy is in place: • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. • Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in a 30% cancellation fee based on the scheduled service. • No-shows will also be charged 30% of the service total. • Cancellation fees must be paid before booking a future appointment. I completely understand that life happens, and emergencies do occur. Please communicate as soon as possible if something comes up — I truly appreciate your understanding and respect for my time.
